01Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SatmeriX website and the research, reports and services provided by SatmeriX Market Research Pvt Ltd (“SatmeriX”, “we”, “us”).

If you use our website or services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

02Our products & services

SatmeriX provides syndicated research reports, custom research, competitive intelligence, market sizing and forecasting, consulting and advisory, and due diligence support. Descriptions of reports and services on the website are provided for information and may be updated, improved or withdrawn without notice.

Where a proposal, quotation or service agreement contains terms specific to your purchase, those terms apply together with these Terms. If there is a conflict, the specific agreement applies.

03Report licence & use

Unless a different licence is agreed in writing, when you purchase a report we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own internal business purposes.

• A single-user licence is for use by the named purchaser only.
• A multi-user or enterprise licence may be used by the number of people or the organization stated in your order.
• You may quote short extracts, with clear attribution to SatmeriX, in your own internal documents and presentations.

04Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• copy, resell, redistribute, publish or share our reports or data with anyone outside your licence;
• remove copyright notices, watermarks or attribution from our materials;
• use our content to build a competing product, database or service;
• use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the website;
• attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems;
• submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.

05Intellectual property

All content on the website and in our reports, including text, data, analysis, forecasts, charts, graphics, logos and the SatmeriX name, is owned by or licensed to SatmeriX and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved by SatmeriX.

06Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are quoted at the time of purchase and may change without notice. The price confirmed in your order or invoice applies.
• Payment terms are stated on your quotation or invoice. Applicable taxes may be charged in addition.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or deliver the product.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

07Confidentiality & enquiries

Information you send us through our forms or by email is used to respond to your enquiry and to provide our services. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your personal information.

For custom research and advisory work, any confidentiality obligations will be set out in the agreement between you and SatmeriX.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SatmeriX is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or our research. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
